PeakLyft Grooming

Terms and conditions.

The straightforward rules covering use of this website and a visit to any PeakLyft chair. Effective 14 January 2026.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by PeakLyft Grooming Sdn. Bhd. (SSM Registration 202301038721, in these terms "PeakLyft", "we" or "us"), with registered office at Lot G-12, Ground Floor, Suria KLCC, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By accessing peaklyft.pro or walking into any of our shops, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of this website

This site is published for general information about PeakLyft Grooming and our services. You may read, print and share the pages for non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape the site, copy substantial portions of the content into competing materials, or reverse-engineer any part of the site for any other use.

3. Walk-in basis of service

Every chair at every PeakLyft location is offered on a walk-in basis. There is no booking system. The wait at the door is the wait you can expect to be seated within, give or take fifteen percent. If we tell you the wait will be longer than thirty minutes, you are welcome to leave and come back.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are posted at the entrance of each shop and on the relevant chair pages of this site. The price you see is the price you pay — we do not add service charge, booking fees, weekend surcharges or peak-hour rates. Payment is taken at the chair on completion of the service, by cash, DuitNow QR, Touch n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank QR, or major debit/credit card.

5. Conduct in the shop

Our master barbers will refuse to start a chair if a customer is visibly intoxicated, abusive to staff, asking for services we cannot safely perform (full head shaves on broken skin, for example), or accompanying a child who is in clear distress. In these cases there is no charge and we will help you find a more suitable provider.

6. If you are not happy with your chair

Tell us before you leave. The master barber will work with you in the chair to adjust what we can adjust on the day. For matters that cannot be resolved at the chair, see our return and refund policy for the full procedure.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care in everything we do at the chair, and we carry full professional indemnity insurance through Etiqa General Takaful. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability arising out of any single chair is limited to the amount you paid for that chair. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.

8. Children

Customers under the age of eighteen must be accompanied to the chair by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for any payment and for any decisions about the cut or shape requested.

9. External links

Pages on this site occasionally link to external resources (Google Fonts, our trichology partner, news sources cited in journal articles). We are not responsible for the content of those external sites.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of these terms or any visit to a PeakLyft chair is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts at Kuala Lumpur.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page tells you which version applies. If the change is material, we will put a notice on the home page for at least thirty days.

12. Contact
