PeakLyft was founded in 2014 by three veterans of the Damansara barber scene who were tired of watching customers wait an hour for an appointment they had already booked. We rebuilt the model around one promise: if you walk in, we sit you down within fifteen minutes — or your next cut is on the house.

No. Every PeakLyft chair is walk-in only. Show up, sign in at the tablet by the door and the next free master barber will call your name. That is the entire booking system.
How long will I wait?
The live counter at the entrance shows the current wait at every Klang Valley location. The trailing thirty-day average is just under eleven minutes. The longest you should ever wait at a busy Saturday afternoon at KLCC is around twenty-eight minutes — and we will tell you that at the door.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash in Malaysian Ringgit, DuitNow QR, Touch n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank QR, and all major Visa, Mastercard and AmEx debit or credit cards. We do not store card details on file.
How much will my cut cost?
A precision cut starts at RM 38. Beard shaping starts at RM 28. The full hot-towel shave is RM 65. Junior grooming is RM 32. Scalp treatment protocols start at RM 95. There are no booking fees and we do not add service charge.
Can you handle a same-day groomsmen line-up?
Yes. Walk in any day before noon with up to eight groomsmen and we will run two chairs in parallel. For larger parties or specific timings, send the date to [email protected] a week ahead so we can hold extra hands.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Our junior chairs come with booster cushions and a tablet stand pre-loaded with Cartoon Network. Best window for first-haircut nerves is weekday mornings before 11am, when the floor is quiet and the youngest barber rotation is on.
